Jesus, Our Savior, Have Mercy on Us!
Bonnets are a wonderful way to protect your sweet babes face from the sun and if your baby is anything like mine, and prefers to have their hair (or lack of hair) blowing freely in the wind, the ties on these bonnets are long enough to double knot, foiling even the most talented escape artist.
I take the greatest care in sourcing the fabric that I use to make bonnets, and these are no exception! They are made with organic cotton which has been GOTS certified, meaning that from seed to sewing, the fibers used to make this bonnet have not come into contact with any harmful chemicals. GOTS certification also ensures that anyone who works with the cotton from farmers to weavers, is paid a fair wage and is able to work in a safe environment. Along with GOTS certification the fabric has been dyed using low impact dyes making these bonnets eco-friendly as well!
As each bonnet is custom made, please allow 1-2 weeks for item production. (2-3 weeks needed for bonnets lined with linen because the linen comes from Europe.)
I offer this bonnet in either a brimmed or brimless style, and two different lining options, Organic Cotton or Linen.
I have found that typically whatever size clothes your baby wears is also the size bonnet that will fit, however I have supplied head circumferences as well for your convenience so that you can be sure to get the right size.
The sizes I offer are:
0-3 months – head circumference – 15.5″
3-6 months – head circumference – 16.5″
6-12 months – head circumference – 17.25″
12-18 months – head circumference – 18.5″
18-24 months – head circumference – 19.5″
2T-3T – head circumference – 20.5″
Care instructions: Hand wash with cold water and lay flat to dry. Iron as needed.

**WARNING: Due to the ties, never leave your infant or child unsupervised while wearing their hat. Children can become tangled which can cause a risk of strangulation. DO NOT let your child sleep in their bonnet, as it is NOT a sleeping accessory.
